The CompTIA  A+ course  provides the foundation for developing the skills needed to solve technical problems ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security.
The A+ course is divided into two cores:Â Â Core 1Â Â &Â Â Core 2Â .
CompTIA A+ certifies the skills of a technician in the installation and configuration of Operating Systems, diagnostics of hardware and software problems of desktop PCs, laptops, the latest Android and iOS mobile devices, up to the implementation and maintenance of small networks.
CompTIA A+ is the   industry  standard for new IT careers  in today’s digital world
The course combines theory  lessons   and  labs in virtual environments  to best prepare you for the certification exam.

Teaching methodology
The course includes educational laboratories in which each student will be able to work in order to complete training exercises that will provide practical experience in using the instrument, for each of the topics covered during the course.
Prerequisites
To participate in the course it is preferable to have acquired previous experience in the sector for at least one year. CompTIA A+ is a course that even beginners can take as it provides an in-depth introduction to the skills needed to launch a career in IT.
Educational program
MODULO 1 – Hardware
Identify, use, and connect hardware components and devices.
MODULO 2 – Operating Systems
Install and support the Windows operating system, including command-line and client support, and understand Mac OS, Linux, and mobile OS features.
MODULO 3 – Software Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot PC and mobile device issues and provide application security support.
MODULO 4 – Networking
Distinguish and explain the differences between different types of networks and connections, including TCP/IP, WIFI and SOHO.
MODULO 5 – Hardware e network troubleshooting
Troubleshoot device and network problems.
MODULO 6 – Security
Identify and defend against any security vulnerabilities in devices and their network connections.
MODULO 7 – Mobile devices
Install and configure laptops and other mobile devices.
MODULO 8 – Virtualization e cloud computing
Demonstrate cloud computing concepts and configure client-side virtualization.
MODULO 9 – Operational Procedures
Follow best practices for safety, environmental impact, communication and professionalism to isolate the problem effectively
