Git Introduction
The “Git Introduction” course is an opportunity to learn the fundamental concepts of Git, one of the most popular version control systems. During the course, you’ll learn how to install Git on your computer and configure it for use, create a repository for your project, and commit changes. Additionally, you’ll see how to use Gitignore to exclude files from versioning and how to use branches to work on multiple versions of your project in parallel. You’ll also learn how to merge branches once you’re done working on them and how to undo errors. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to use Git effectively to manage your projects and collaborate with other developers efficiently.

Teaching methodology
The course includes educational laboratories in which each student will be able to work in order to complete training exercises that will provide practical experience in using the instrument, for each of the topics covered during the course.

- Basic knowledge of your computer’s operating system (Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of the terminal or command line
- Install Git and configure it correctly for use

- Understand the concept of commit and how to use it correctly

- Understand the concept of branches and how to use them to work on multiple versions of your project in parallel
