VMware Workspace ONE: UEM Bootcamp [v21.x]
In this five-day course, you will learn how to apply the fundamental techniques for launching and maintaining an intelligence-driven, cross-platform endpoint management solution with VMware Workspace ONE® UEM. Through a combination of hands-on labs, simulations, and interactive lessons, you configure and manage the lifecycle of your endpoints. You will also learn how to investigate, analyze and determine problems that may occur with all of the different components of Workspace ONE UEM.
You’ll understand how effective product troubleshooting enables administrators to understand how product services communicate and function, optimizing software health and service management. At the end of the five days, you will have the foundational knowledge to effectively manage and conduct basic troubleshooting for Workspace ONE UEM.
