MOS210: Mirantis OpenStack (MOS) For Kubernetes
MOS210 was designed to help operators quickly acquire Mirantis OpenStack for Kubernetes architecture and configuration best practices. We will focus on understanding the underlying Kubernetes elements that deploy OpenStack services across your infrastructure. We will also explore some of the tunables for customizing your OpenStack implementation and demonstrate how these changes are implemented in a live environment. You will get hands-on experience performing an OpenStack database backup using tools built into MOS.

Who should participate
This course is intended for engineers who have a basic understanding of Linux, virtualization and containerization technologies, Kubernetes API and CLI, Helm and Helm graphs, Mirantis Kubernetes Engine, and OpenStack.
Prerequisites
- OS100Â or similar experience with OpenStack Essentials
- CN211 (MANDATORY)
- Explain each component of the MOS infrastructure stack.
- Use multiple methods to access OpenStack APIs running on MOS.
- Configure the supported OpenStack parameters and update the OpenStack version on a live environment.
- Perform common OpenStack operations (backup the OpenStack database).
